  I initially left a positive review for Company Diamond curtains and blinds after they  completed their job. However, I now realize the importance of waiting to assess the quality of their work. After around six months of having the shutters installed, all the border bars came loose. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via calls and texts, we received no response, and they never showed up to fix the issue. This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the problem has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
I usually rely on the reviews while choosing one service, I think it would be good to wait a couple of months before writing good reviews, customer service would be very important.

We were so satisfied with the indoor blinds curtains price & quality, we also got them to do motorised outdoor blinds and we asked to have it installed during their busiest period. They delivered as promised working after hours & late into the night to install for us before Christmas as promised. What amazed us the most was also the follow up service we continued to receive even after they were paid, not only were they responsive but they attended to it immediately that day, no questions.
